Welcome to the Puget Sound Regional Early Ford V8 Club
Our Purpose
The Puget Sound Regional Early Ford V8 Club (EFV8PSRG) is dedicated to the preservation and appreciation of early Ford V8 vehicles from 1932-1953. Our mission is to provide a community for enthusiasts to share their knowledge, experiences, and passion for these classic cars. By fostering a sense of camaraderie and mutual support, we aim to keep the legacy of early Ford V8 automobiles alive for future generations. A wonderful example of this mission can be found in this V8-Times article “My Excellent Sportsman Adventure in Wenatchee” by Guy Generaux.
Our History
The EFV8PSRG was initiated in 1969 by Bill Steil. The club emerged as a regional group under the national Early Ford V8 Club of America, which had been incorporated in 1966. The EFV8PSRG was formed to create a local community for Ford V8 enthusiasts in the Puget Sound area. Our club’s formation was inspired by the success of other regional clubs across the country, such as the Ohio regional group and the Western New York Early Ford V8 Club. Through the years, our club has grown and thrived, preserving the rich history and culture surrounding early Ford V8 cars. Please visit MORE DETAILS for further history.
